Review: Dragonmark

Dragonmark Dragonmark by Sherrilyn Kenyon
My rating: 1 of 5 stars

I have put this book off for a very long time. No particular reason I just didn't feel like it was worth the 18 whatever dollars for the audiobook. But I finally used one of my credits for it this month and I am so so disappointed. We got little tiny peaks at llarion in the last couple book and I was excited for his book... I still think he seems to be a cool dragon but the problem with this book is that the last half of it was a repeat of Son of No One and Dragonmark.. I just finished re-reading those books last weekend.. I didn't want to read a book with the same damn story. I understand that it's a part of llarion's story but I feel like it could have been brushed over. I mean the 10 years he spent with Edilyn in the underworld fey realm. I honestly do not understand why it was retold. Especially since the POV wasn't all Ilarion. I am not happy at all about that.

Also we didn't get any part of what Edilyn was up. I mean for christ sake (view spoiler) We don't get to know Edilyn like at all.

I just don't understand this book. It wasn't even it's own book. Not really. It was too much the same story as the last 2 books.

This is my calmed down. I finished this book this morning and if I would have written my review then it would have been baaaad. So bad. I am mad I wasted an audible credit on it.
